What does your morning ritual consist of?
My morning ritual consists of making my bed, taking my dog out for a morning walk, working out and having breakfast before starting my day.
What are some tools you use to manage negative thoughts?
Some tools that I like to use are listening to music so I'm not constantly thinking and I also like to meditate and take deep breathes.
What's your favourite book?
At the moment I don't really have a favourite book but I am open to any recommendations.
Do you drink coffee? If so, how do you like it? If not, do you have any favourite teas?
I do not drink coffee but I love chamomile tea with honey and lemon.
What's the biggest thing you need to work on about yourself?
Treating myself better and try not to depends on others too much.
What's the most significant positive change you've made for yourself within the past 12 months?
I will say I have learnt to love myself more than ever the past couple of months and it feels amazing. I'm learning about the power of my own energy.
What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?
I would tell my 16-year-old self to not chase after things that look good, but to chase after the things that feel good and feel right for your life.
What's the most memorable quote, or piece of advice that has always stuck with you?
'Protect your energy.'
