@FAE.SAPIENTA What’s your favourite color?
Baby blue. What self-care habits do you intertwine into your daily routine?
I try to eat/drink a lot of fruits & vegetables, I use natural products for my body and face, and do some exercise with meditation. I do things that make me feel happy and accomplished. What's your favourite book?
The Prophet 4. Who can you go to when you need to get something off your chest?
I can always talk to my family and some of my closest friends if something is bothering me. What’s your safe place?
Any creative place where I can express my most important thoughts and/or work on my crafts. Have you ever dealt with anxiety? If so, how do you calm your mind?
Yes I did, It started at the end of high-school. If I feel too anxious I’m always trying to find why or where it came from. Once I understand it, I can overcome that anxiety by focusing on the bigger picture. Have you ever gotten yourself out of a dark place? Or have you ever needed to help someone else out? If so, how?
Yes. I’ve reach out to a friend and open up to her on how I felt. I was transparent with her. I realize she was going through her own pain/anxiety for a long time. We help each other by having those conversation about mental health, the importance of self love, good surrounding, etc. as we’re growing up. Do you think social media affects your mental health or has any other negative impacts on you? If so, how do you best deal with it?
It can sometimes. I’ll find myself thinking that I need to be a certain way to succeed. I deal with it by closing the app, doing something creative or spend time with people I love. What’s your biggest fear?
I don't fear anything. What’s the biggest change you can identify within yourself in the past year?
I would say mental strength. Everything that I put my mind to becomes a reality for me. What’s one of the hardest things you’ve had to go through in life? How did you get through it?
When people are judgemental and try to tarnish your reputation it can be tough. It’s important to remain positive, know yourself, and focus on your goals to overcome any negative situation that others may try to put on you. What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?
Work on your craft, focus on you and your work/dreams. Love your body, read, listen to your intuitions. If you could change one thing within society, what would that be?
Changing one thing within society is not enough. We need to change the way we treat each other, we need to enforce equality and support people around us.
