DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. 

 

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

For the 'marked' items we aim to ship the order within 1-2 weeks from purchase date as each Item requires unique customization. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will include relevant tracking information.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

  • Email your returns request along with a photo of the products you are returning to help@mliuheart.com

  • Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

  • Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

  • Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

  • Send a follow up email with your tracking information to help@mliuheart.com

 

RETURNS GUIDELINES

  • All returned items must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.

  • Once all Items are returned and approved you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 5-10 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed.

Please note that any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges to MLIU are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Deliveries will be made to the shipping address nominated by you and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, MLIU will help as much as is reasonably necessary to trace a missing parcel.

Orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email help@mliuheart.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs. If items are returned due to duties or taxes not being paid, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. The customer will only be eligible for a refund once the item has been returned and if the item is in its original condition when received.

 

TAX, FEES AND DUTIES

MLIU does not cover international customs duties and taxes. However there are some exceptions to this rule. We have outlined the international customs and duties costs below. Please understand that these numbers are subject to change and should only be used as an outline to follow.

NO duties or taxes charged.

US

NO duties or taxes charged.

UK 

20% tax on all items and an additional 12% duties on items over $300AUD.

EUR

20-22% tax on all items and an additional 12% duties on items over $250AUD.

Canada

5% tax and 18% duties on all items.

New Zealand

15% tax on all items.

Japan

10% tax and 8% duty fee on all items over $130AUD.

China

13% tax and 26% duty fee on all items.
