My favourite book is Many Live’s, Many Master by Brian Weiss.

Who can you talk to when you need to get something off your chest?
I’m very lucky to have my mom as my best friend, she’s the one I always talk to.

Where’s your safe place?
My safe place is my bed.

Have you ever dealt with anxiety? If so, what triggers it and how do you calm your mind?
I definitely dealt with anxiety a lot of times and going on walks is what helps me the most to calm my mind.

Have you or someone you love ever been in a dark place? If so, what were the steps taken to get out?
To get out of a dark place, it’s important to know that you aren’t alone and that you can speak up about your feelings and to know that no matter how deep in a dark hole you think you are everything will pass.

Do you think social media affects your mental health or has any other negative impacts on you? If so, how do you best deal with it?
Social media is very harmful for everyone’s mental health. It is also good for all of us to take breaks from it and to remember that at the end of the day social media isn’t real life.

What’s the biggest change you can identify within yourself in the past year?
I’m 100% more happy and confident in my own skin.

What changes do you want to see within yourself in the coming year?
I wanted to feel more comfortable taking more risks being brave and careless.

Nothing lasts forever and things will get better.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt?
Happiness comes within ourselves.

If you could change one thing within society, what would that be?
Small changes add up to big ones, and every positive step you take for yourself can help others around you. Love, respect and honesty is something I would like to see individuals practice to create a better society.
